Meet the Owner
Chris Joosten
Chris started Precision Custom Designs as a way to stay busy and focused after getting sober — what began as woodworking grew into laser engraving, then apparel, and keeps evolving today. He grew up in a small Wisconsin town, and spent much of his life feeling like he didn't quite fit in, in school and at work alike. That experience gave him a deep well of compassion for people who feel like outsiders, and a belief that it's okay to not be okay — and that asking for help is nothing to be ashamed of.
That same compassion shapes how Chris runs PCD today: every customer, whether it's one custom gift or a large team order, gets treated with respect, honesty, and care. Now in his late 40s, and having worked hard since he was 12, Chris knows what it means to earn a living the honest way — and he's committed to making sure everyone who supports his business gets a positive experience in return.
